1 / Can I get personal training and nutrition together?
Of course!In fact, I highly encourage that as they work synergistically together. Book a consult and we will work out the details together!
2 / How long are my sessions?
Nutrition sessions are between 30-60 mins in length and can be adjusted to suit your varied needs. If choosing personal training and nutrition together we will create a program for both that takes into account your unique needs and circumstances.
3 / I have limited nutrition knowledge can you provide meal plans to follow?
Absolutely! I work to create a program that works for you. We can start with a meal plan and evolve to something such as a macro split or whole food recommendations where you have more flexible options. Every client whether working with me online or in person receives an online account where you can access your meal plans, recipes and food suggestions and can keep our communication flowing!
