1 / Can I get personal training, nutrition and/or FST coaching together with habit coaching?

Of course! And I highly recommend that you do as they all work holistically together. As you feel stronger and more in control of your body through fitness and nutrition, habit change becomes more effortless. FST can support you in releasing emotions, bodily tensions and access calmer states of mind so that habit change becomes easier and longer lasting.

2 / How long are my sessions?

Habit Coaching sessions are between 30-60 mins in length and can be adjusted to suit your varied needs. If choosing personal training, nutrition and/or FST in addition to habit coaching, we will create a program that includes everything while taking into account your unique needs and circumstances.

3 / I've never had habit coaching before, what can I expect?

Based on our initial consultation, we will uncover your areas of strength and areas that would most benefit you to reach your goals. Once our sessions start, you will have access to everything we are doing via your online portal. We will start where you are, with small sustainable steps to keep you empowered and inspired on your journey towards your goals!
