I specialize in finding the root of why you are not where you want to be and together we will address it and correct it. Corrective exercise is essential for pinpointing and correcting muscle imbalances and movement dysfunctions, leading to a body that feels strong, flexible and moves with ease as we age. By implementing targeted movements and stretches, corrective exercise effectively restores alignment and function, allowing your body to move the way it should!

1 / Do I need any equipment?
No! Although it may be more comfortable for you to have your own yoga mat, all the necessary equipment will be brought to you!
2 / How long are my sessions?
Sessions are between 45-60 mins in length and can be adjusted to suit your varied needs.
3 / I have limited space, can I still get trained?
Absolutely! I work to help you create a space that works for you. We can do a lot even in the smallest of spaces!
